You will have 150 FA Points to bid on players in the first season
All bids will go through a one day idle period. If after one day you have not been outbid, that player is yours.
The minimum amount you may bid on a player is 5 points. After bidding reaches 20 points, each bid after that must go up by 5.
Players contract lengths are determined by how many points were bid on them
5-20 FA points = 1-2 years
21-50 FA points = 1-3 years
51-80 FA points = 1-4 years
81-150 FA points = 1-5 years
You are allowed to sign as many free agents you like.
You cannot bid all 150 points on one player at any time.
You cannot trade these points during the first season.
Points will double for teams that failed to make playoffs. (You'll have 300 points next season).
All teams that made the playoffs, with the exception of the Super Bowl champion, will receive 50 points.
The Super Bowl champion will receive no points.
